Scope has changed dramatically even since I first got into the business (explosion of digital, shrinking print, social media, influencers. Can be confusing, means different things to different people / businesses, can include a very targeted or a very wide scope. Just because PR can include in a lot of things doesn’t mean you need to engage all of them. You do want to engage the right elements.
